Hello, I’m Rachel Miller
Chart.PR, FCIPR, FIIC, PG (Dip), MPRCA,
Director of All Things IC.
If your organisation suffers from:
- poor communication channels
- disengaged line managers
- scepticism of change
I can help you.
If you need advice and guidance to know if what you’re doing is working, ask me.
Emma Edwards, Head of Communications at the Zoological Society of London says: “We asked All Things IC to work with us. Rachel audited our internal communication and provided us with advice including quick wins and longer-term strategic changes. Her work gave us the confidence to move forward and many of her recommendations have already been put into place. We couldn’t recommend her highly enough. Rachel is courteous, professional, a pleasure to work with and – most importantly – a complete expert in her field.”
I’ve spent the past 18 years working as a communicator including four years as a Journalist and a decade in-house. I’d love to use my experience to benefit your organisation.
I’m a regular keynote speaker and industry awards judge. I’ve also contributed to a number of books.
As an experienced communicator, I’m a Fellow of both the Institute of Internal Communication and Chartered Institute of Public Relations and abide by their codes of conduct. I’m a Chartered PR Practitioner and member of PRCA and FEIEA.
CIPR named me Outstanding Independent Practitioner in 2017 and I received the inaugural Best Individual Contribution to Internal Communication award.
Through All Things IC, Rachel has seen impressive business success in a short space of time. She is an outstanding contributor to the industry, promoting and sharing best practice across a wide audience of practitioners, encouraging others to share and learn. She invests in conventional CPD as well as ‘learning every day’ by interacting with her community. She sees long-term results from working with clients to positively change cultures and build employee brands, resulting in an ongoing stream of new business.Chartered Institute of Public Relations
Rachel exemplifies the professional standards, experience and active involvement in internal communication that sum up the perfect Fellow. It was a ‘no brainer’ for the panel to appoint her as one.Institute of Internal Communication
A driving force behind many key industry initiatives, she helps the profession to help itself. What makes Rachel stand out in particular is her understanding and use of social media to highlight and drive best practice in internal communication. In this respect, she’s the best in the business.Chartered Institute of Public Relations
I’m also a co-founder of The IC Crowd, a community created in 2012 aiming to bring internal communicators together to share knowledge, network and communicate, both online and in person.

I live with my husband, five-year-old daughter and two-year-old twin sons in London, UK. I’m fond of a decent cup of English Breakfast tea, quality stationery and trying out new technology.
