I’ve spent the past 18 years working as a communicator including four years as a Journalist and a decade in-house. I’d love to use my experience to benefit your organisation.

I’m a regular keynote speaker and industry awards judge. I’ve also contributed to a number of books.

As an experienced communicator, I’m a Fellow of both the Institute of Internal Communication and Chartered Institute of Public Relations and abide by their codes of conduct. I’m a Chartered PR Practitioner and member of PRCA and FEIEA.

CIPR named me Outstanding Independent Practitioner in 2017 and I received the inaugural Best Individual Contribution to Internal Communication award.
