Judges said: “This August Rachel Allen joined London Overground, after a stint as internal communications manager at Tube Lines. During her time there she managed a campaign to engage employees and designed a campaign to communicate Tube Lines’ technology refresh. The new role came on top of an invitation from the British Association of Communicators in Business to be a mentor to new comms professionals. ‘Rachel has been recognised for her dedication to excellence,’ says former boss Jeremy Reynolds, regional head of strategy and corporate relations at Visa.”
