Today marks four years since I established All Things IC and I’d like to say thank you.
From interviewing Jamie Oliver Group employees, to being given a private tour of Harrods and seeing a day-old giraffe at Whipsnade Zoo, life as a consultant is certainly varied!
Thank you to everyone who has hired me for comms consultancy since 2013 or attended an All Things IC Masterclass.
It’s a privilege to experience the inner workings of organisations and help them improve.
Over the past four years I’ve conducted numerous internal communication audits, created strategic plans, coached comms teams, delivered bespoke Masterclasses on topics including Plc comms and social media strategy, brainstormed crisis plans, reviewed ESNs, written social media policies, hosted focus groups and much more.
I respect my clients‘ confidentiality, so despite being a blogger, you won’t find me sharing details of what I’ve been working on.

From a one-day to longer term partnership, I’m open to your ideas and enjoy hearing suggestions of how we can work together. Discover how I work.
I have the loveliest clients and thoroughly enjoy getting to know professional communicators across a variety of organisations. Thank you for choosing to work with me.
Below are some of the companies I’ve worked with and/or had the pleasure of training comms pros from since launching All Things IC in 2013:
How I can help you
Top communicators know the key to their success is the ability to communicate their ideas with great clarity, confidence and credibility inside their organisation.
I specialise in helping communicators achieve excellence and communicate effectively through consultancy and training.
Clients say my work gives them increased confidence in their abilities, visibility into what needs to change in their organisation and a skills boost.
I enable professional communicators to transform the way they work and make smart decisions to benefit their companies.
All Things IC can provide insight into how communication happens in your workplace, work alongside you to shape your strategies, deliver bespoke training and help you succeed.
If you read my question of comms answers the other day, you’ll know how much I love what I do.
So as I mark four years today since incorporating my company, thank you.
Thank you also to my husband Jon for his constant support and encouragement.
I’m going to treat my family to cake tonight.
Thank you for stopping by,
Rachel.
