We all share the same voice when it comes to changing the shape of the health policies of the future. And as the largest trade union of nursing staff and students in the UK – with around 435,000 members – all we can see are the infinite possibilities for a brighter future. Join us and you will too.

As one of our Communications Officers you’ll use your positive attitude to develop and maintain good working relationships with other RCN teams, offices, departments and regions, as well as with external suppliers.
It’s a job full of possibilities and you will be managing a wide variety of projects, such as materials for our annual Congress and Pride events as well as membership communications, nursing guidelines, and nationwide campaigns. We’ll work with you to help you develop your skills and potential.
