We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic individual to play a key strategic role as a member of the Deputy Vice Chancellor’s senior team, as the institutional lead for communications and engagement. You will lead on strategic enhancement and management of the university’s reputation, profile and brand identity, regionally, nationally and globally.
You will provide strategic leadership for a number of teams within the Service and lead on the development of corporate marketing campaigns to a variety of stakeholders. Playing a crucial role in building and maintaining the reputation of the university, you will manage high calibre reputational strategies and campaigns including high profile internal and external events.
With a record of high level achievement in communications and engagement and experience of managing PR, corporate communications and media, you will be skilled in managing and organising resources in order to deliver against competing prioritise and deadlines. Educated to degree level or equivalent with the relevant work experience, you will be confident, articulate, an excellent networker and influencer and have the ability to effectively communicate with a variety of stakeholders.
