External Communications & Marketing Manager, Community Integrated Care
Salary: £35,000 – £37,500

We are looking to appoint a creative, ambitious and dynamic External Communications and Marketing Manager, responsible for developing and delivering an integrated communications and marketing strategy, which will positively drive the reputation and profile of Community Integrated Care both locally and nationally.
The successful candidate will be a key member of Community Integrated Care’s multi-award winning Communications Team, and reporting to the Head of Communications & Engagement will have a broad remit including responsibility for media relations, stakeholder management, digital strategy (including website management, social media strategy, PPC, SEO, email marketing), multi-media production, corporate communications, conferences, event management, copywriting, content marketing, brand management, supplier management, on and off-line measurement.
Ultimately, the successful candidate will inspirationally promote our work, create new and exciting opportunities for our organisation, and positively build the Community Integrated Care brand with our defined audiences.

Educated to degree level (ideally CIM qualified) and with evidence of continued professional development, the successful candidate must have demonstrable experience of developing and delivering effective communications and marketing strategies and leading others to do the same.
As a senior member of the Communications team who will work closely with leaders across the business, the successful candidate must be a confident, credible communicator, adept at building strong and effective relationships both internally and externally.
They will be able to work effectively with our Head of Communications and Engagement as well as our Internal Communications team, Operational and Support Functions (such as Business Development) and retained agencies/suppliers. Excellent planning, organisation and project management skills are a must in this small but exceptionally busy team, as well as being able to effectively prioritise and work under pressure whilst still delivering to the highest standards.
