Head of Internal Communication & Engagement, BBC

You’ll lead the delivery of effective Internal Communications and Engagement activities across at a pan-BBC level.
As part of the Internal Communications & Engagement senior team, you’ll be scoping and overseeing the delivery key announcements, employee communications and related events, thereby helping the organisation to achieve its goals through enabling understanding and engagement.

The Ideal Candidate
To be successful in the role, you’ll have extensive and credible leadership experience with a proven track record of shaping and driving the delivery of an Internal Communications and Engagement function, transformation and strategy within the media industry or one with similar scale of complexity.
You’ll be able to demonstrate a high level of political and business awareness along with an appreciation and knowledge of the key principles underpinning the business in which they operate.
Ability to manage teams, developing talent and a high performance team culture is required.
