We have an exciting opportunity for a driven Internal Communications Manager to join us to build and lead their own team.
What you’ll be doing
Part of the Corporate Communications team, the home of Which?’s reputation, you will lead on building trust and understanding internally through ambitious Internal Comms and lead three professionals to drive a real step-change in our approach and IC activity.
You will finalise the new Internal Comms strategy, work closely with senior leaders across the business to understand their priorities and set the strategic direction for the team for the year, setting robust outcome-focused measures and tracking progress.
What we need from you
You will be a natural collaborator, ambitious for your team and bring strategic, creative and innovative ideas to the table. We’re looking for an established Manager, who is confident to challenge the status quo and can inspire their team to continually innovate and develop, taking a campaigning approach to Internal Comms.
You will be a confident communicator, with an understanding of how internal and external communications can work together and reinforce one another.
