About the role
Working with the Internal Communications Manager in Manchester. You will plan, write, produce and deliver a fresh and exciting creative programme of new and traditional media and events that will engage and inspire our teams, and provide them with the information necessary to deliver our business goals too.
There’s always a lot going on, which not only means coming up with lots of innovative and original ideas, but also coordinating people and resources to make them a reality.
So, you’ll need to establish sound working relationships with a wide range of people, including senior managers, to plan and deliver our internal media on brand, on message, on time and on budget to focus our teams on our priorities.
It’s a wide-ranging role. And, like our customers, we’re looking for the wow factor. To rise to the challenge, you will have plenty of hands-on experience in Internal Communications, combined with big picture awareness and impeccable editorial judgement.
You will have a minimum of 1 year experience working in Internal Communications.
Just as important as your practical knowledge and experience will be the personal qualities you bring to the role.
