Salary: £35,000 – £45,000

We’re looking to appoint an Internal Communications Manager to plan, co-ordinate and produce internal communications for the British Business Bank Group of companies.
The successful individual will support the Senior Manager of Internal Communications in delivering the internal communications and engagement plan, ensuring that business goals, initiatives and people news are communicated effectively to British Business Bank employees.
We’re looking for an individual who can write high quality creative communication material/ content and ensure the most effective channels are used within stand-alone and on-going communications.
In order to be successful in this position, we’re looking for previous relevant experience in an internal communications role, the ability to work effectively and productively with internal stakeholders at all levels and excellent writing and editing skills.
