Full time- 35 hours a week.
The Prince’s Trust is a youth charity that helps change young lives. We give practical and financial support, developing key workplace skills, such as confidence and motivation.
We work with 11 to 30-year-olds who have struggled at school, have been in care, are long-term unemployed or have been in trouble with the law. We have helped more than 825,000 young people since 1976 and support 100 more each working day. More than three in four young people we helped last year moved into work, education or training. Right now, we’re looking for a really able Internal Communications Manager who can help us build and scale our internal communications strategy.
Collaborative and creative, with a can-do approach, you will develop and deliver impactful employee communication strategies and tactics that support the goals and culture of the business. The successful candidate will support and initiate internal communications objectives and will collaborate effectively cross-functionally to provide guidance and support on internal communications efforts.
Both strategic and operational, this is a key role responsible for delivering a programme of staff engagement, ensuring organisational priorities are conveyed and understood. Working with The Trust’s leadership to develop messaging, this is a fantastic role for an internal communications professional who is excited to think outside the box and is buzzing to help foster company culture.
