Are you passionate about great internal communication and employee engagement that drives business results?
The internal communications team at Tarmac is looking for a creative, strategic business partner to work alongside selected business units and functions to drive engagement across a range of teams and locations. You’ll be an experienced internal communications specialist, comfortable working alongside and influencing senior leaders and demonstrating the value that comms can bring.
As well as your strategic thinking and planning, you’ll be capable of creating and delivering great campaigns across all media.
Reporting to the Head of Communications and Corporate Affairs, you’ll have plenty of opportunities to make your mark and help us inform, inspire and involve our 7,000-strong workforce.
