Catherine attended a Change Comms Masterclass
“I came away from the Masterclass feeling completely inspired and rejuvenated. Sometimes as comms professionals we get so caught up in delivery that we don’t take a step back and think about the theory behind what we’re doing. The Change Comms Masterclass from All Things IC addressed that head-on and I can happily say it was the most enjoyable and valuable course I’ve been on for years!”
Catherine Bissell, BBC
Becky attended an Internal Comms Masterclass
“The All Things IC Comms Masterclass was spot on for re-invigorating my passion for internal communications & providing a toolkit of great ideas & approaches to implement back in the office. The best part was spending time with likeminded comms professionals sharing ideas and experiences. I thoroughly recommend to anyone working in comms new or old to sign up to one of Rachel’s classes, plus she provides fab goodie bags!!”
Becky Wren, Marketing Manger, Screwfix.
Sarah attended a Strategic Internal Comms Masterclass

I left the course with a lot of useful information and great tips that I can introduce immediately. Rachel is a personable and collaborative trainer, and I really enjoyed learning from others in the group. I’d highly recommend this course to anyone looking at new ways to engage their employees.”

Dean attended an Internal Comms Masterclass
“Having been involved in internal communications for a number of years, I was worried that the Masterclass wouldn’t show me anything new… But I couldn’t have been more wrong! Even when we discussed concepts, methods or studies that I had heard of, either Rachel or the other delegates would share a view or tactic that was entirely new. Frankly I would encourage anyone who is starting out in internal communications, or those who feel they’re in a bit of an IC rut, to give the Masterclass a go! It was both inspiring and informative thanks to a first class trainer who seems to have been everywhere and done everything in internal communications!”
Dean Woolf, Corporate Communications Manager, Moat.

Clare attended a Strategic Internal Comms Masterclass
I’ve recently returned to work after maternity leave and have been keen to brush up my skills and gain a bit of confidence having been out of the loop for a while. I’ve followed Rachel on social media for a few years and was keen to do one of her Masterclasses. It really lived up to my expectations and was a good mix of theory, practical examples from Rachel’s own experience, up to date internal comms trends, plus there was plenty of time to hear from other delegates about their experiences and challenges. A thoroughly enjoyable and useful day and I’m returning to the office with a clearer perspective, lots of ideas for myself and my colleagues, a group of new contacts to call on and most importantly a confidence boost. Thank you for a great day.
