These one-day courses have been designed to help you achieve communication excellence through face-to-face learning.
Whether you’re new in role or looking to refresh your knowledge, there’s one for you. You’ll leave equipped with ideas, information and inspiration.
I’m continuing to run training courses and coaching sessions for clients and their stakeholders, but now you can benefit too.
What can you expect from a Masterclass?
Masterclasses combine theory with practice and operate at three levels: Beginner, Intermediate and Advanced.
Beginner: Less than two years’ experience in an internal communication role. Intermediate: 2-5 years experience and Advanced: 5+ years experience.
Peer-to-peer learning is incredibly powerful, so you’ll have the opportunity to share your views, expand your network and contribute to the conversations.
Every attendee will leave with a plan of action of what they’ll do differently or start thinking about.
I’ve banned the beige, so Wallacespace in Covent Garden, London, is home to All Things IC Masterclasses.
The space has been designed to help facilitate creative thinking and minimise distractions to make the most of your time out of the office. It’s a fantastic environment to learn in, and they have some excellent food too!

What topics will be covered?
One of the most popular requests is for an Introduction to Internal Communication, so this is the first Masterclass. It’s beginner level and will be led by me on 2 June. Full information and how to book.
You’ll leave with practical tips, ideas and confidence to:
- Understand the role of internal communication
- Learn about communication channels, their purpose and how to choose
- Look at communication methods, including planning and stakeholders
- Know what’s working and make the most of what you have.
I will be running the majority of courses. However, I’m also sharing my network with you and have invited professional communicators to facilitate Masterclasses on behalf of All Things IC.

If you are a Chartered Institute of Public Relations (CIPR) or Institute of Internal Communication (IoIC) member, you can claim Continuous Professional Development (CPD) points for attending a Masterclass.

Masterclasses have a maximum of 10 people, so book early to save your space.
