Report: Melcrum’s Future of internal comms conference

As mentioned the other day, my friend Jenni Wheller presented at Melcrum’s Strategic Communication Management conference yesterday. The theme of the conference was The future of internal communication: Enabling change, engagement and strategic IC partnerships in the new world of business, and it took place in London.

By all accounts the session went well and Jenni has written an overview of yesterday on her blog. You can read all about it here.

Don’t forget that if you attend a conference or training course related to communications that you think other comms professionals would benefit from reading about, you’re welcome to share  your impressions via this blog. There are so many around and it’s difficult to have the time (or budget!) to attend them all, so hopefully this will be a way of sharing the wealth among the comms community. If you’re looking for an idea of the courses and conference that are around, check out my new page – Rachel’s Resources – for a round-up of the different comms organisations and associations. If you would like to write for my blog, please send me an email with your proposal to rach@rachmiller.com
