I work on a day rate and provide every client with a Statement of Work outlining what I will deliver, how long it will take and what your investment will be. As a rough guide, an internal communication audit costs approximately £9000 ex VAT. This includes a comprehensive channels review, tailored face-to-face focus groups and a report containing full findings and an action plan.

There’s not a one-size-fits-all approach to communication or employee engagement, because no two companies are the same.
That’s why you need tailored and smart strategies that are aligned to your business, relevant channels, opportunities for two-way conversations and for employees to have their voices and views heard and acted on.
Let me know what you need.
I can create a unique Masterclass for you, your team or organisation to meet your training needs.
I’ve developed and delivered sessions for companies including ARM, O2, Harrods and the NHS. Topics include internal communication, knowledge management, role of the modern communicator, social media and more.
Rachel delivered an internal communication workshop
“We hosted an internal communication workshop in 2015 and Rachel was our guest speaker. I needed an expert who could lead the session and give guidance on numerous communication challenges.
“She didn’t disappoint! Her passion and commitment for communication excellence is truly inspiring and the attendees left buzzing with ideas and excitement.”
Jessica Heudebourck, Lead Internal Communications Manager, Harrods.
Rachel led an away day for O2’s internal comms team
“Rachel is one of those people who ‘gets it’ and really does know her stuff. She’s creative, hugely passionate about the value of internal communications and self-motivated with bags of fabulous experience.
Not only is Rachel a Comms superstar at the cutting edge of IC strategy and delivery, she’s also great fun to work with and I hope we get to work together again soon.”
Chloe Jeffs, Head of Campaign Communications, Public Affairs, O2
Rachel advised on internal communication strategy and channels
“I came across Rachel’s profile when I was reviewing internal communications at Notting Hill Housing. The timing couldn’t have been better. Having gathered extensive feedback from across the organisation, as well as reviewing channels and content, we needed a fresh pair of eyes to guide our next step.
“I turned to Rachel to see if, based on our findings, our strategy and approach was right for our organisation and how our plan could be delivered in an engaging way. After just one meeting, I knew the project was in good hands. She showed great insight and understanding of the various nuances and was incredibly easy to work with. She has a wonderfully warm and sincere manner and is a true communications professional. I’m glad I found her and I look forward to working together again.”
Johannah Flaherty, Former Head of Communications, Notting Hill Housing
Rachel conducted an internal communication audit
“Rachel conducted a very thorough audit for The Zoological Society of London, which included group discussions and one-to-one interviews with key personnel at the society, before providing us an in-depth review, a clear assessment of the existing IC culture and tips to move forward including quick wins and longer term strategic changes.
“Her work gave us the confidence and many of her short-term and longer term recommendations have already been put into place or are underway. We will certainly engage Rachel again in the future. We couldn’t recommend her highly enough, and she is courteous, professional, a pleasure to work with and – most importantly – a complete expert in her field.”
Emma Edwards, Head of Communications, ZSL
Rachel spoke at Google’s HR event
“I asked Rachel if she would be able to support Google Atmosphere’s 2014 HR event by sharing her knowledge of internal communications. She spoke about the impact social media is having on the workplace and how businesses can benefit from employee social networking technologies.
“It was a brilliant presentation packed with relevant content delivered in a really personable style that engaged with the audience. I hope to work with Rachel again in the future and would highly recommend her to anyone looking for an influential person who can attract a high calibre audience and deliver a cracking presentation”
Lyndon Fraser, Enterprise Account Manager, Google
Rachel ran a series of social media lunch and learn sessions for employees.
“Excellent social media session from Rachel Miller. Lots of questions and employee engagement – this conversation will continue. What’s it all about? Rachel definitely knows!”
Amanda Hepton-Patchett, Group Internal Communications Manager, Cambridge Assessment
All Things IC created a training session on social media for the comms team.
“Rachel is an expert in the world of internal communications and highly regarded by her peer group and organisations she works with. I asked her to provide my team and some colleagues with a valuable half day of training on social media and she exceeded my expectations! Highly researched and relevant, her content was thought provoking, fresh, and considered – she knows this stuff inside out. We hope to work together again in the future and I would recommend Rachel to anyone looking for expertise beautifully delivered.”
Jane Appleton, Former Director of Communications, St Andrew’s Healthcare
All Things IC trained employees on social media content and strategy
“Rachel really knows her stuff. Her knowledge of social media and internal communications is superb and her ability to deliver information to my team in a clear and succinct manner was exactly what was needed. I would not hesitate in using Rachel again for company training needs. I would also seriously recommend her to other clients.”
Cat Jordan, Former Head of Communications, Heathrow Express
Rachel opened the Institute of Internal Communication’s Central Region Seminar
“A respected and popular social media guru brought her disarming personality, warmth and wisdom to a networking event in Milton Keynes in which over 50 IC practitioners took part. I’ve seen and heard Rachel Miller speak several times but I always learn something new. Admittedly, my base of social media knowledge began low, so there’s plenty to learn.
“Even so, I think it’s more about Rachel: she’s able to deliver fresh insights and examples because she herself is keen to learn and she clearly devotes a fair proportion of her time to monitoring developments in ‘social.’ A willingness to continue learning and the humility to assume that one doesn’t know it all already, are essential for anyone who wants to master their brief, be it in IC or any other field.”
Steve Doswell, former Chief Executive, Institute of Internal Communication (IoIC)
