What is Employer Brand?
The term is used to describe an organisation’s reputation as an employer, rather than the general brand reputation. See my glossary for more info.

All Things IC is a partner of the Employer Brand Management Awards, and you’ve got until 16 February 2016 to get your entries in.
Brittany Golob, Editor of Communicate magazine says: “The awards programme exists as the true benchmark of the employer brand management process. Metrics such as retention and cost per hire go so far, but, until now, there has been nothing that compares and contrasts the different aspects of successful employer branding, nothing that fully rewards excellence and celebrates the campaigns and the organisations that excel in this field.
“The launch of the Employer Brand Management Awards changes this.”

- Best short-term or one-off employer brand campaign
- Best employer brand management innovation
- Best brand ambassador programme
- Best communication of the employer brand (external audience)
