What to choose from

We guide in-house internal communicators through difficult decisions.

You can choose from a number of options, either in a short-term or longer-term partnership. All Things IC will provide you with accountability and we’ll tackle your challenges together.

Rachel, Caroline and Dan all regularly provide mentoring for communicators and whole teams. Dan is also a qualified coach, providing 1-2-1 and team coaching. We can arrange a one-off or a series of Power Hours, giving you the opportunity to discuss a particular topic or challenge.

We regularly join clients’ team meetings and can create ways of supporting you.

Coaching or mentoring?

There can often be confusion about the differences between coaching and mentoring or uncertainty about when to ask for mentoring versus coaching.

All three All Things IC Communication Consultants offer mentoring. This is ideal if you need practical, more directive support on a particular challenge or situation. Through mentoring, we’ll act as your advisor, sharing our insights and experiences to help you.

Dan also provides coaching, helping you focus on future possibilities by creating a space for you to explore and experience the end solution.

Here are some situations where mentoring and coaching can help you as an internal communicator:

Mentoring

What's it like to be mentored by All Things IC?
