How I can help you
Are you overwhelmed in your role as an internal communicator?
Perhaps you have gaps in your knowledge, but need to advise your leaders?
Or maybe you’re working tactically, but know there must be a better way to be a strategic communicator.
Does it feel like there are a lot of demands on you?
I get it.
I’ve spent more than two decades working as a trusted adviser and know how it feels to be put under pressure to make the right decisions.
It can seem like a luxury to pause and analyse why you work in the way you do. But when you invest time in yourself and create the space to step back from the day job, you unlock fresh ideas that enable you to excel in your role.
Together we can design the right solution to meet your needs. Whether that’s a one-off call, a longer-term partnership or you simply want to browse my 1400+ free blog posts, I’m with you every step of the way.

The purpose of internal communication isn’t telling people what to do, it’s to create a shared understanding and meaning. Only then can employees align themselves to a company’s purpose.
Rachel coached me when I moved from working in an agency on external comms to working in-house on internal comms. It was quite the leap, and my sessions with Rachel gave me the confidence I needed to get up and running quickly and also spot where I could make a difference in my new role. What Rachel doesn’t know about internal comms isn’t worth knowing, and I’m now working with her to coach my team. She’s also an absolute joy to work with – 100% professional but also warm, engaging and fun!
I asked Rachel if she would be able to support Google Atmosphere’s HR event by sharing her knowledge of internal communications. She spoke about the impact social media is having on the workplace and how businesses can benefit from employee social networking technologies. It was a brilliant presentation packed with relevant content delivered in a really personable style that engaged with the audience.
I hope to work with Rachel again in the future and would highly recommend her to anyone looking for an influential person who can attract a high calibre audience and deliver a cracking presentation.
A driving force behind many key industry initiatives, she helps the profession to help itself. What makes Rachel stand out in particular is her understanding and use of social media to highlight and drive best practice in internal communication. In this respect, she’s the best in the business.
Rachel exemplifies the professional standards, experience and active involvement in internal communication that sum up the perfect Fellow. It was a ‘no brainer’ for the panel to appoint her as one.
