All Things IC appoints two Comms Consultants

All Things IC is welcoming two Communication Consultants to the team, to enhance our ability to support and advise internal communicators.

Caroline Cubbon King and Dan Holden will be joining the company from Monday 25 April 2022, working alongside Founder Rachel Miller and Executive Assistant Louise Mackenney.

Caroline Cubbon King and Dan Holden

Rachel says: “I established the business in 2013 to offer training, mentoring and consultancy for internal communicators around the globe. Over the years I’ve worked with talented Associate Comms Consultants to support clients.

“After a period of growth, the time has come to invest in my own in-house team. We will use our collective expertise to benefit All Things IC’s existing and future clients.

“Caroline and Dan are highly experienced Comms professionals, with proven commitment and passion for internal communication. Caroline has been working with the company over the past 18 months as an Associate Comms Consultant, and will now be a permanent member of the team.

I invited Dan to join us because his ethos of nurturing and advising internal communicators aligns with ours. I’ve been impressed by his energy and enthusiasm supporting IC professionals while working in-house, and I’m excited to combine our skills.”

About Caroline

Our nurturing approach is something I am very proud of. I am looking forward to building on this as we develop new services and approaches over time to benefit IC professionals and organisations.

“Rachel has created something truly special. I am delighted to be part of the next step of the All Things IC journey.”

The support I’ve received from Rachel and All Things IC over the years has truly made a difference to my career, and wellbeing.

“I can’t wait to start not only supporting organisations and fellow communication professionals, but also having the opportunity to also give back to our wonderful profession.”
