Breathing new life into an employer brand

The International Institute for Management Development (IMD) in Switzerland came to us wanting support with their employer brand.

They asked us to cast an independent lens over their current approach and work with leaders and colleagues to reconsider the selling points of that business as an employer.

All Things IC Comms Consultant Caroline Cubbon-King worked with the client and helped them to map out their current and desired candidate journey. We used our research and listening insights to develop a series of employer brand recommendations and create new careers website copy for IMD.
