An internal communication team invited us to help them review how they are performing.
They asked us to advise them to improve their focus and confidence as a team and to support them to create a strategic plan. Not just a plan, but one they can realistically stick to.
We had the pleasure of working with them in 2018, and they returned in 2022 to focus on what was ahead for them and their business.
The team spent the day at our dedicated training centre, the All Things IC Hub in London.
