A recently appointed Executive Director at Incommunities asked us to support her to review the Communications Team and to make recommendations on ways of working.
She wanted to maximise the impact of the team and ensure it was best placed to support the business as it grew.
We provided resources for the Executive Director to carry out some internal listening exercises and worked directly with the team via interactive workshops to explore how they work now, the standards they set and the barriers they face.
Together, we identified the working practices and foundations that need to be in place to set the team up for success.
