Supporting a newly promoted leader to navigate the leap between tactics and strategy

Mentoring support helped one client successfully transition into her new role after she secured a promotion.

Erin Sievwright was already well established and regarded in financial organisation RSM UK. However, she knew to thrive in her new role she needed to focus on building relationships, influencing, empowering her team and joining up the strategic dots.
