I’ve been asked by Melcrum to keep a diary of the first month at my new job – which you can read here. I’ve not kept a diary since I was a teenager (slightly different content now!) and I hope it will provide an insight into the role of internal communicators and also help me see the progress I’m making. Thank you to everyone who has contacted me so far to share their thoughts and comments and to wish me luck.
