Masterclass Questions

You can book your place via this website. Complete your booking using the online checkout process. All online payments are processed securely using Stripe.

Masterclasses start at 10am and finish at 4pm.

The All Things IC Hub, 52-53 The Mall, Ealing, W5 3TA.

All Things IC Masterclasses, Masterminds and VIP Days are held at the All Things IC Hub in Ealing, London, W5. This is a few minutes’ walk from Ealing Broadway, which is on the mainline from Heathrow Airport and accessible via mainline trains from Paddington (10 minutes), District Line, Elizabeth Line and Central Line. Please contact us with any queries.

A place on an All Things IC Masterclass costs £649+VAT per person and is for one person only.

You need to pay in full when booking to secure your place. An invoice will be sent to you automatically confirming your booking and payment.

Yes as a VAT registered company in the UK, VAT will be applied at the rate in force in the UK at the time of booking. If you are attending outside of the UK, you need to apply the relevant code: NOVAT to not be charged this amount.

Yes we accept all cards via Stripe. Payment can be made via credit or debit card online.

There are maximum – as well as minimum – numbers on each of All Things IC’s monthly courses. If a course is under-subscribed, it may be cancelled or postponed. In that case, we shall notify you at least seven days before the course date and arrange for you to attend on another date.

Additional dates will be arranged if the courses are oversubscribed. All Things IC cannot accept responsibility for any losses arising from cancellations or changes, beyond the course fees.

Think business casual, so that’s jeans and a top rather than a suit or tie.

Lunch, hot and cold drinks and snacks will be provided for in-person Masterclasses. Please make us aware of any dietary requirements in advance of your Masterclass.

No unless we specify beforehand e.g. if you are having a VIP Day and working on something together. Wi-fi is available in the All Things IC Hub.

Refunds can be made if you cancel up to one month prior to each course, but All Things IC reserves the right to deduct 10 percent for administration costs.

Important note: no refunds will be given for cancellations made within one month of the course. If a delegate decides to postpone their attendance to a later date at short notice (within 15 days of the course), there will be an additional administration charge of £60 to cover costs already incurred.
Please note if you book a place and then have to refund it, 4% will be deducted to account for the transaction fee and admin time.

If the named delegate cannot attend, the booking can be transferred to another person at no additional cost. Please let us know their name before the course.

Overnight accommodation and travel is not included in the listed course price.

The Consultant Masterclasses are £699+VAT each. You can pay in two instalments. Please contact Rachel’s Executive Assistant Louise with any payment queries.

Yes if you are attending the Exploration or Momentum Masterclass, you can pay in two instalments. Please contact Rachel’s PA Louise via the contact form.

2022: Please take a lateral flow test 24 hours before your course. If you are testing positive, please contact us to inform us you will not be attending the course.

If you are feeling unwell and are in quarantine as a result of COVID-19, you must not attend a face-to-face Masterclass. In this situation, please contact us ASAP and we will move your booking to a later date or offer a remote option 1-2-1 with Rachel. If you feel unwell on the date of your Masterclass, you must not attend. Again, please contact us to inform us of your decision. All Things IC cannot be held responsible for any costs incurred as a result of this situation caused by you cancelling your plans e.g. travel or accommodation,

1-2-1 consultancy: VIP Day

The price for 1-2-1 consultancy (VIP Day) is fixed. Discount codes cannot be used. This offer is for work you will discuss/complete on the day in London.

All Things IC will arrange a phone call with you before the day, so we're clear what you would like to achieve from the time together. The price includes venue and snacks.

Bespoke and Team Masterclasses

We can prepare a course for you and deliver it in the All Things IC Hub if your team is 10 people or under, at your office in London or we can hire a larger training venue in London.
