I’ve translated my years of experience into this course. It’s jargon free and full of resources to help you. You can enrol and start learning today.
What is a 90 day plan?
A 90 day plan is all about creating a structured approach to your role. It helps you identify the actions you’ll take, conversations you’ll have and evidence you’ll gather.
What’s in the course?
I’ve written the Online Masterclass around the structure I use with my clients, which breaks the first 90 days into three equal parts.
The mindset you need for each part is: listening, planning, then refining.
- Listening: gathering assumptions and first impressions, mapping channels and stakeholders.
- Planning: stop, start and continue planning, focusing on skills and structure.
- Refining: preparing to present findings back to the business, focusing on personal branding and prioritising your next steps.
There are workbooks for you to complete in each of the chapters and by the end of the Masterclass, you’ll have finished your first 90 days in your new role.
