How to create a 90 day plan

Are you preparing to start a new internal communication role?

What’s the first thing you’ll do on day one? What about before you start?

If you find yourself in this position, I have a brand new All Things IC Online Masterclass just for you.

My How to create a 90 day plan course has just launched and it will help you hit the ground running.

As with all of my Online Masterclasses, it’s packed with bespoke videos, workbooks, text lessons, surveys and quizzes.

I regularly advise All Things IC’s clients on their 90 day plans. Whether you’re brand new to the wonderful world of internal communication, or about to start as a Global Comms Director, this course will help you.

There are 41 lessons in this Masterclass and as a result of completing them, you’ll have a clear idea of the actions you need to take.

I’ve translated my years of experience into this course. It’s jargon free and full of resources to help you. You can enrol and start learning today.

What is a 90 day plan?

A 90 day plan is all about creating a structured approach to your role. It helps you identify the actions you’ll take, conversations you’ll have and evidence you’ll gather.

What’s in the course?

I’ve written the Online Masterclass around the structure I use with my clients, which breaks the first 90 days into three equal parts.

The mindset you need for each part is: listening, planning, then refining.

  • Listening: gathering assumptions and first impressions, mapping channels and stakeholders.
  • Planning: stop, start and continue planning, focusing on skills and structure.
  • Refining: preparing to present findings back to the business, focusing on personal branding and prioritising your next steps.

There are workbooks for you to complete in each of the chapters and by the end of the Masterclass, you’ll have finished your first 90 days in your new role.

Thinking of becoming a Comms Consultant in 2021?

Is 2021 the year you think about going freelance or becoming a Comms Consultant?

If so, my How to be a Comms Consultant – Exploration Masterclass is for you. This confidential course will help you think through

If the outcome of completing the Masterclass is you decide being a Consultant isn’t for you, that’s totally ok, I always say that at the start of my in-person sessions.

It’s a personal choice and one that only you can make. The aim of this course is to guide you through the choices so you can draw your own conclusions and know what feels right for your career.

Topics I teach on this course are:

  • How to know if you’re ready to be a Consultant/freelancer
  • What would you offer?
  • Who would you work with?
  • Which company format would you choose?
  • What would you charge?
  • Your values
  • What would you do day-to-day?
  • Where would you work?
  • How would you get work?
  • What you’d need to think about for your brand.

Your investment

How to be a Comms Consultant – Exploration is available now for  £799 or £999 for the VIP version. The VIP course means we can work even closer together as you’ll submit assignments to me for personalised feedback.

Payments are processed securely via my Online Masterclasses website. However, if you need to pay via invoice, please contact my PA Louise and we’ll arrange that for you.

Based on feedback from Comms professionals who have studied this course, it will take one or two days to complete the Online Masterclass if you go through it at an intensive pace. Or you could choose to do a chapter a week/month, it’s entirely up to you.

If you do the VIP option, it will be longer as you’ll want to think through the assignments ahead of submitting them to me.

Once you invest in the course, you have 12 months to complete it, this means you can take your time and work through the content at your own pace.
