How do internal comms pros use social media?
My survey into how internal comms pro use social media is now live. It’s running until 31 October and I’d love you to have your say.
Regular readers will recognise the questions because they are the same ones I ran this time last year. I’d like to track trends and see how and if things have progressed since last year.
Thomas Cook rebranding
On 1 October iconic travel brand Thomas Cook rebranded, I published an article detailing how they communicated the change externally and highlighted some of the reactions from employees that I had seen online.
I’m delighted to say I’ve had a conversation with the IC team at Thomas Cook this week and I’ve shared the contents of that discussion in the form of a new article focusing on the internal communication around the rebrand. You can read it here.
How to communicate the DNA of an organisation
In this episode I mention a guest post that I published on Monday that was written by Andy Johnson of Bromford Group.
In it he detailed how the ‘DNA’ of the social housing organisation has been communicated internally and the methods and channels they have used.
