All Things IC turns eight-years-old this weekend and I’m celebrating by relaunching my podcast.
After pausing for six years, I’m back on the airwaves via the Candid Comms podcast.
The Candid Comms podcast is a weekly show designed to connect internal communication professionals to the latest advice and guidance, to help you thrive in your role.
Each episode is packed with inspirational and practical internal communication advice and ideas.
Season one includes hot topics such as working successfully with leaders and How to transform your internal communication. They will be released every Monday and be approximately 20 minutes long.
The first episode is a short overview of what you can expect. Thanks to my Editor Debbie West of Seren Creative, you can listen to it below.
Thank you to everyone who has tuned in so far. It’s been heard by people in the UK, US India and Brazil already.
The second episode will be released on Monday 1 February 2021.
Candid Comms is currently being listed on the various podcast platforms. Keep an eye on my podcast page as the links will be updated there. You’ll be able to subscribe via your favourite podcast player to make sure you never miss a show.
Thank you to my client Chloe Maple for the name Candid Comms. I was sharing my thoughts with her about how I want listeners to feel, and the intention behind the show. She captured it beautifully via this suggestion, thank you.
You can expect honest and open conversations. I’ll share what works, what doesn’t and my top tips to help you solve your Comms conundrums.
Thank you to my Institute of Internal Communication mentee Melisa Kakas for providing me with some topic suggestions for season one. The upcoming episode on how to work successfully with leaders was inspired by her.
Do you have a topic you’d like me to cover? As ever, you’re welcome to comment below or you can find me on Twitter @AllThingsIC.
Thank you to everyone who has invited me to work with you over the past eight years as a Consultant, Trainer, Mentor or Speaker.
I love helping internal communicators to thrive via my business, All Things IC. My podcast is another way to support your brilliant work, so you can be everything you need to be inside your organisation.
Thank you for stopping by, I hope you have a lovely weekend.
Rachel.
