Associate Manager, Corporate Brand Communication, LEGO

If so, there’s an opportunity to join our Corporate Brand Communication team.

Core Responsibilities

Your key responsibilities will be to bring engaging stories to life. More specifically you,
• Create stories about our brand, our people and our purpose for internal & external channels
• Manage and create effective posts for our LinkedIn channel
• Ensure excellent user-experience on digital channels – e.g. implement a new internal News App
• Follow how our stories land externally and tap into existing trends
• Conduct a yearly channel effectiveness survey & gather learnings of where to improve

The Global Corporate Brand Communications team manages the external narrative and reputation of The LEGO Group and internal employee engagement.

Our focus areas include:
• Proactive and reactive external media/influencer relations
• Messaging / corporate narrative
• Executive communications
• Issues management
• Internal communications
• Employee brand communications.

You will become part of a team culture that is characterized by curious and knowledgeable people who love being creative and collaborating.

Do you have what it takes?

• You hold a degree related to communications
• You are highly proficient in spoken and written English
• You are a digital wizard, love to tell stories & comfortable juggling different formats (video, text, podcast etc.)
• We hope that you bring about new thinking, especially within digital communications and storytelling
• You will need great organizational skills and a flexible approach to working
• Ideally, you are in the beginning of your career, yet with a few years of experience working as a journalist.
