You’ll also provide Directors and Senior Managers with advice on all aspects of talent and leadership development, ensuring it’s fully in line with future needs and our winning performance culture.

Alongside this, we’ll expect you to develop a clear approach and set the standards to deliver a great employee experience for all and an employee listening strategy that enhances employee engagement and gives everyone in the organisation a voice. It’s a sphere, where Leadership, Talent and Employee Experience come together, creating a hub for D&I, Wellbeing, Employee Listening and Engagement.

We understand how important a positive work-life balance is to you, so we offer great facilities when you want to be in an office environment, and support to work some of your hours from home. To help you give your best in the office and at home, we’re open to discussing what this might look like for you.
