We’re looking for an exceptional communications professional to work closely with key stakeholders across Taylors of Harrogate to develop and deliver a strategic programme of internal communications for Taylors Coffee and Yorkshire Tea.

This role offers the opportunity to work with two outstanding and well-recognised brands, as well as supporting the delivery of integrated Group-wide communications and campaigns. • Experience of developing and managing employee engagement events and editing internal publications to high standards.
  • Competence in developing and working with a variety of internal communication channels (including digital) and an understanding of how to use, measure and develop channels to increase impact.
  • Experience of inspiring, coaching and supporting others to improve their communications skills.
