We’re looking for an enthusiastic and skilled internal communications manager to join our team of communication specialists for two days a week.
You will have experience of working in corporate communications, ideally specialising in internal communications, with experience and knowledge of utilising a broad range of channels to engage staff and deliver key messages.
The City of London Police communications team carries within it a range of specialist areas, such as press office and digital team along with the internal communications team, which consists of a part-time manager and a full-time officer.
The role holder will be part of the communications management team and will be instrumental in devising and delivering communications strategies to support organisational change alongside business as usual activity.
No experience of policing, blue light services or public sector necessary, but a dedication to producing quality innovative material and a keen eye for detail will be essential.
