We’re looking for a people person who will help share Croydon’s story, celebrate our staff and help facilitate employee engagement in a post pandemic workplace.

Sitting as part of a busy and friendly communications service, we want someone who can help us contribute to company culture through regular, authentic, and engaging internal communications.

Internal communications experience is essential, ideally in a local government or public sector setting.

This role is for 25 hours a week and we are open to discussions on how that is allocated through the working week.
