Core Responsibilities
As Senior Internal Communication Manager you will play a key role in managing our internal communication and supporting the business.

Your primary tasks will be to:

  • Help define and execute the LEGO Group’s global internal communications strategy and connect colleagues with our mission, values and business ambitions.
  • Design, develop and implement creative and effective internal communication campaigns to support strategic business priorities and organisational change projects.
  • Develop and deliver effective communication programmes to support business transformation and behavioral and organisational change.
  • Translate business / strategic priorities into relevant and engaging stories, content and events tailored to the right moments, audiences and channels.
  • Coach and equip leaders to effectively communicate business priorities.
  • Contribute to employer branding efforts.
  • Play your part in our team succeeding

The Senior Internal Communication Manager will help drive change and support the company’s ambition to bring learning through play to more children around the world.

You will be part of a high-performing, fast-paced communications team which focuses on doing quality work, innovating, learning and caring for each other. The role reports to Director of Internal Communications.

Do you have what it takes?

To succeed in this role it is encouraged to have:

  • Bachelor and above in Communications.
  • +8 years experience with internal communication working in a diverse, global company.
  • Strong commercial acumen.
  • Phenomenal stakeholder management skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills with the confidence to act as an effective counsel to senior management.
  • Strong track-record of leading global change programs.
  • Experience with ensuring effective and engaging leader communication.
  • Digital wizard and strategic thinker.
  • Used to using data and analytics to track and inform performance.
  • Proactive “Can do” attitude and an awesome team player.
  • Outstanding written and spoken English.
