The sun is shining, conference season is underway and the comms world is packed full of events over the next few months. I am going to be taking a short break from blogging while I focus on my daughter, who was born a week ago today, so thought I would write a post to point you in the direction of some great resources in my absence and I will be back very soon, Rachel.
Rachel’s Resources
If you’re looking for a new job, comms course to attend, membership organisations to join and books to read, you’ve come to the right place. Check out my Rachel’s Resources page for a comprehensive round-up based on my experience and recommendations.
2012 events
I wrote an article a couple of weeks ago outlining all the various activities which are taking place over the next few months including awards, conferences and key events, so you can plan your comms calendar and choose what to attend. You can read it here.
Blogroll
I enjoy reading a variety of blogs and I’ve captured some of my favourites in my blogroll. You can see them here. Don’t forget the Chartered Institute of Public Relations (CIPR) also syndicates blogs on their site, Conversation, which is always worth a read and is updated daily, so there’s no need to miss out.
Guest articles
Regular readers will know that I’m keen to highlight what comms pros think of courses and conferences that they have been to, and to share their thoughts in the form of a guest article on my blog. If you’re planning to attend something and think other people would be interested in reading about it, do please get in touch with me.
See you soon,
Rachel
