This whole season is structured around The MILLER Framework. It is a logical series of steps to help internal communicators learn about an organisation and write an IC strategy.

The first episode introduces the trademarked framework, which also forms the chapter structure of my book Internal Communication Strategy: design, develop and transform your organizational communication.

The MILLER framework by Rachel Miller. Text: For IC strategies. Mindset, insights, logistics, leadership, evaluation, revision.
