How to book
Please book your All Things IC Masterclass place via this website. Browse upcoming Masterclasses and complete your booking using the online checkout process. All online payments are processed securely using WorldPay.
Discounted rates for nonprofits and professional association members
If you work for a nonprofit organisation, you can benefit from a 20% discount off a monthly Masterclass place (on a £599 +VAT course) by using the code NFP20 at checkout.
If you are a CIPR or IOIC member, you can use the respective codes to save 20% during the checkout process:
Note: You can only use one code per transaction. These codes cannot be used on the How to be a Comms Consultant Masterclasses or bespoke/team Masterclasses.
Payment information for regular monthly Masterclasses
A place on an All Things IC Masterclass costs £599+VAT per person and is for one person only.
Payment is made securely online via WorldPay. You need to pay in full when booking to secure your place. An invoice will be sent to you automatically confirming your booking and payment. If you wish to pay via invoice, please get in touch. It is also possible to split payment, please contact Rachel’s Executive Assistant Louise if you have any payment queries.
There are maximum – as well as minimum – numbers on each of All Things IC’s monthly courses. If a course is under-subscribed, it may be cancelled or postponed. In that case, we shall notify you at least seven days before the course date and arrange for you to attend on another date.
Additional dates will be arranged if the courses are oversubscribed. All Things IC cannot accept responsibility for any losses arising from cancellations or changes, beyond the course fees.
The monthly courses start at 9.30am and finish at 4.30pm.
VAT will be applied at the rate in force in the UK at the time of booking.
Refunds can be made if you cancel up to one month prior to each course, but All Things IC reserves the right to deduct 10 percent for administration costs.
Important note: no refunds will be given for cancellations made within one month of the course. If a delegate decides to postpone their attendance to a later date at short notice (within 15 days of the course), there will be an additional administration charge of £60 to cover costs already incurred.
Please note if you book a place and then have to refund it, 4% will be deducted to account for the transaction fee and admin time.
Change of delegate
If the named delegate cannot attend, the booking can be transferred to another person at no additional cost. Please let us know their name before the course.
Credit and debit card payments
Payment can be made via credit or debit card online.
All Things IC Masterclasses, Masterminds and VIP Days are held at the All Things IC Hub in Ealing, London, W5. This is a few minutes walk from Ealing Broadway, which is on the mainline from Heathrow Airport and accessible via mainline trains from Paddington (10 minutes), District Line and Central Line. Please contact us with any queries.
Accommodation and travel
Overnight accommodation and travel is not included in the listed course price.
VIP Masterclass place
There is one VIP Masterclass place available each month. The investment is £249 +VAT and is for one person only on a first-come-first-served basis to spend an hour working with Rachel Miller after your Masterclass has ended.
Please note if you book this VIP option and the session has already gone, we will be in touch to advise and offer you a one-hour phone call instead at the same price. (An hour’s phone consultation with Rachel usually costs £299 +VAT).
Do contact us if you’re hoping to book, to check availability. This option is only available for people who have booked to attend an All Things IC Masterclass. This option does not include the price of your Masterclass, please book your Masterclass place separately. Add the VIP option at the checkout as a separate product to book it.
1-2-1 consultancy: VIP Day
The price for 1-2-1 consultancy (VIP Day) is fixed at £2049 +VAT. Discount codes cannot be used. This offer is for work you will discuss/complete on the day with Rachel in London.
All Things IC will arrange a phone call with you before the day, so Rachel is clear what you would like to achieve from the time together. The price includes venue and food.
How to be a Comms Consultant Masterclasses – Exploration and Momentum
The Consultant Masterclasses are £599+VAT each. You can pay in two instalments. Please contact Rachel’s Executive Assistant Louise with any payment queries.
Bespoke and Team Masterclasses
All Things IC is proud to offer bespoke and team Masterclasses. Rachel can prepare a course for you and deliver it in the All Things IC Hub if your team is under 12 people, at your office in London or she can hire a larger training venue in London.
All Things IC can run a bespoke team Masterclass in London. This price includes food, drinks and snacks. Please note it does not include accommodation or travel for your team. Discount codes cannot be used.

Rachel Miller can deliver one of her publicised Masterclasses (Internal Communication, Change Communication or Strategic Internal Communication) in-house if your office is based in London.
Your investment is £3750 +VAT and this option is for a team of up to 10 people for one day. The room needs to be suitable e.g. a meeting room with a screen and technology to play the content. Please note this is not a bespoke Masterclass, as this is a separate option.
This cost does not include lunch or travel for any of your team.

Rachel offers half-day and whole-day desk reviews. This is for work she will complete remotely from the All Things IC office in London. See half-day and whole-day options. Discount codes cannot be used.

Places are offered on a first-come, first-served basis. You’re advised to register for a course as soon as possible. If a course is full, you may be placed on a waiting list. You will be notified if cancellations occur and space becomes available. All Things IC reserves the right to postpone or cancel courses due to low enrolment or circumstances beyond its control, as outlined above.

Behaviour at Masterclasses
At the start of every Masterclass, Rachel outlines the intentions for the course. These are confidential sessions where attendees are encouraged to have honest and open discussions, safe in the knowledge they’ll stay in the room. Internal Communication agencies sometimes sign up to a Masterclass. If you are an agency, you are expected to agree to the conditions outlined above and not to pitch.

Can I buy a voucher for someone else?
Yes. Once you are on the checkout page, you will be given the option to purchase for yourself or for someone else.
What happens once I’ve bought the voucher?
An email will be sent to the cardholder confirming receipt of purchase.
Whoever the gift voucher is for (the email address you inputted at checkout) will immediately receive an email containing their exclusive code and notification they have been bought an All Things IC gift voucher.
Will I receive a physical voucher?
No, you’ll receive an email with a code rather than a physical voucher. However, if you would like a prettier one sent to you via email so you can print it, just let us know. It will be sent via a separate email within 24 hours.
How can the gift voucher be used?
The emailed voucher may be used to buy products online at www.allthingsic.com. The value of purchase/s will be deducted from the voucher balance.
Terms and Conditions
This voucher must not be re-sold and cannot be exchanged for cash. No change or refund will be given. The voucher will not be honoured if re-sold. Any payment credited to the voucher which is subsequently dishonoured will result in the credit being revoked.
This voucher expires exactly 12 months after purchase and any remaining credit will be deducted. All Things IC cannot accept responsibility if this voucher is lost, stolen or damaged. It will not be replaced or its value refunded in any of these circumstances.
All Things IC reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions and/or discontinue the voucher at any time. Please contact us with any queries.
The below Terms and Conditions of Sale (terms of sale) set out the terms applicable to the sale of All Things IC’s digital products, typically All Things IC Online Masterclasses.
By confirming your acceptance to these terms of sale and completing your purchase, you understand that you are entering into a legally binding agreement with All Things IC Limited.
These terms of sale (together with any relevant documents referred to in them and including our Website Terms and Conditions) set out the terms on which we supply any of the following products via our site www.allthingsic.thinkific.com or www.allthingsic.com (the site) to you: audio products, digital downloads, Online Masterclass and supporting materials e.g. workbooks.
After you have read these terms of sale, you will be asked to confirm that you have read, understood and accept our terms of sale. You will not be able to purchase this or any other anything digital products through our site unless confirmation is given.
Any terms that you seek to impose in respect of your purchase of digital products through this site will not form part of any contract between us. Please read these terms of sale carefully before ordering any digital products from our site. In accordance with Distance Selling Regulations, you have the right to cancel and obtain a full refund within 14 working days of purchasing our digital products but only if you have not downloaded the Digital Product made available and have not accessed and/or used any supporting materials provided to you alongside your purchase of any digital products, within 14 calendar days from purchase.
If digital products are found to be defective, we shall have the right to attend to the cause of the problem and restore the digital products to functioning order, or offer you a repeat download. You shall not have the automatic right of refund in this case. You must notify us within 30 days of download of the digital product that it is defective at email@example.com. If we are unable to fix it and a repeat download does not resolve the issue, we will provide you with a full refund within 30 days of ascertaining that the issue cannot be resolved.
We do not guarantee the accuracy of the content of our digital products, and you are responsible for the way you use its content.
We shall not limit or exclude our liability for:
* death or personal injury;
* fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; or
* any act, omission or matter, liability for which may not be excluded or limited under any Applicable Law.
We shall not be liable to you for any indirect, special or consequential loss or damage, including:
* loss of profit;
* loss of goodwill;
* loss of savings; or
* loss of contract.
We also exclude, but only as far as legally possible, all terms and warranties or promises implied by law or by statutes.
Although we try to ensure our digital products work seamlessly and without errors, we do not warrant that your use of the digital products will be uninterrupted. We are not responsible for any loss or damage you may suffer resulting from any interruptions or although we will do our utmost to rectify any issues you encounter as soon as possible.
All Things IC takes your data protection seriously. We only collect information about you for a purpose, e.g. if you’re booking a Masterclass place, placing a job advert or subscribing to our newsletter.
