Privacy
All Things IC takes your data protection seriously. We only collect information about you for a purpose, e.g. if you’re booking a Masterclass place, placing a job advert or subscribing to our newsletter.

As an Amazon Associate, we earn from qualifying purchases. This means if you purchase something from Amazon using a link we provide, we earn commission.

Discount codes

Discount codes cannot be used unless we are running a promotional offer for specific products. These will be communicated via our newsletter. Examples of ongoing discount codes include candidcomms, which gives 10% off Online Masterclasses.

CPD

If you are an IoIC or CIPR member, you can earn CPD (Continuing Professional Development) points while you learn. Don’t forget to log your learning afterwards.

COVID-19 and train strikes
We are adhering to the UK Government’s COVID-19 guidance. We encourage attendees to take a lateral flow test before travelling. If a course cannot go ahead due to COVID-19 restrictions or illness, we’ll create an alternative plan. This could include a remote session or option of an Online Masterclass.

If a train strike is called in London, we will intend to hold the planned session. We cannot be held responsible for any costs you may incur if you choose to cancel.

ALL THINGS IC LIVE 2024

There are no refunds, but the name on your ticket can be swapped up to one month before All Things IC Live. Please let us know if you do this and provide us with their details.

What can I expect?
All Things IC Live 2024 takes place face-to-face only on 31 January, 16 May, 10 September and 10 December 2024 at Wallacespace in Clerkenwell Green, London EC1R 0DP, UK.

It’s an accessible venue and the day runs from 10am to 4pm.

Your investment
Your investment is £299+VAT per person for a place at All Things IC Live.

The All Things IC pass is £999+VAT per person for a place at each of the four All Things IC Live dates.

Because All Things IC Live is in London, UK, all transactions are subject to UK VAT.

Credit card payments outside of the UK
In some instances, we cannot accept online payments from credit cards registered in the countries listed in our T&C page and the system will automatically decline it.

Paying via invoice
Use the code INVOICE at the checkout to pay via invoice. Louise will be in touch to complete your booking.

What does my ticket include?
Your ticket includes attendance, breakfast, hot lunch, tea, coffee and cold drinks, plus snacks.

The day starts at 10am on the first floor, but you can arrive from 9am to have breakfast on the ground floor. Wallacespace is famed for its delicious food, so do come and help yourself, it is covered by the cost of your ticket.

ONLINE MASTERCLASSES

The below Terms and Conditions of Sale (terms of sale) set out the terms applicable to the sale of All Things IC’s digital products, typically All Things IC Online Masterclasses.

By confirming your acceptance to these terms of sale and completing your purchase, you understand that you are entering into a legally binding agreement with All Things IC Limited.

These terms of sale (together with any relevant documents referred to in them and including our Website Terms and Conditions) set out the terms on which we supply any of the following products via our site www.allthingsic.thinkific.com or www.allthingsic.com (the site) to you: audio products, digital downloads, Online Masterclass and supporting materials e.g. workbooks.

After you have read these terms of sale, you will be asked to confirm that you have read, understood and accept our terms of sale. You will not be able to purchase this or any other anything digital products through our site unless confirmation is given.

Any terms that you seek to impose in respect of your purchase of digital products through this site will not form part of any contract between us. Please read these terms of sale carefully before ordering any digital products from our site. If you have any queries on these terms and conditions please contact us at hello@allthingsic.com before placing any order.

In accordance with Distance Selling Regulations, you have the right to cancel and obtain a full refund within 14 working days of purchasing our digital products but only if you have not downloaded the Digital Product made available and have not accessed and/or used any supporting materials provided to you alongside your purchase of any digital products, within 14 calendar days from purchase.

If digital products are found to be defective, we shall have the right to attend to the cause of the problem and restore the digital products to functioning order, or offer you a repeat download. You shall not have the automatic right of refund in this case. You must notify us within 30 days of download of the digital product that it is defective at contact@allthingsic.com. If we are unable to fix it and a repeat download does not resolve the issue, we will provide you with a full refund within 30 days of ascertaining that the issue cannot be resolved.

We do not guarantee the accuracy of the content of our digital products, and you are responsible for the way you use its content.

We shall not limit or exclude our liability for:
* death or personal injury;
* fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; or
* any act, omission or matter, liability for which may not be excluded or limited under any Applicable Law.

We shall not be liable to you for any indirect, special or consequential loss or damage, including:
* loss of profit;
* loss of goodwill;
* loss of savings; or
* loss of contract.

We also exclude, but only as far as legally possible, all terms and warranties or promises implied by law or by statutes.

Although we try to ensure our digital products work seamlessly and without errors, we do not warrant that your use of the digital products will be uninterrupted. We are not responsible for any loss or damage you may suffer resulting from any interruptions or although we will do our utmost to rectify any issues you encounter as soon as possible.

90-MINUTE MASTERCLASSES OR MASTERMINDS

What happens if you’ve booked but can no longer attend a 90-Minute Masterclass or Mastermind?

If you have booked a place on one of our 90-Minute Masterclass or Mastermind sessions and can no longer attend, this is what will happen.

What happens if you have booked a 90-Minute Masterclass or Mastermind and don’t turn up on the day? 

If you have booked a 90-Minute Masterclass and do not attend on the day, but you haven’t told us that you can’t attend, we will not issue you with a refund or be able to transfer you to another day.

What happens if we cancel or rearrange a scheduled session? 

If we cancel or rearrange a scheduled session due to circumstances outside of our control, we will issue a full refund or transfer your booking to a future session date.

Because the 90-minute Masterclasses are hosted in the UK, all transactions are subject to UK VAT.

Information
Places are offered on a first-come, first-served basis. You’re advised to register for a course as soon as possible. If a course is full, you may be placed on a waiting list. You will be notified if cancellations occur and space becomes available. All Things IC reserves the right to postpone or cancel courses due to low enrolment or circumstances beyond its control, as outlined above.

Joining instructions for Masterclasses
Attendees will receive a calendar invitation for their Masterclass and be sent joining instructions. Please contact Louise with any queries.

Behaviour at Masterclasses
At the start of every Masterclass, we outline the intentions for the course. These are confidential sessions where attendees are encouraged to have honest and open discussions, safe in the knowledge they’ll stay in the room.

Internal Communication agencies sometimes sign up to a Masterclass. If you are an agency, we may ask you to cancel your booking. If it is agreed that you can attend, you are expected to agree to the conditions outlined above and not to pitch.

JOB ADVERTS
Job adverts cost £500+VAT for two weeks.

GIFT VOUCHERS
You can choose the amount you would like to buy by inputting the figure in the box. It can be redeemed across the range of products and services offered by All Things IC.

Can I buy a voucher for someone else?
Yes. Once you are on the checkout page, you will be given the option to purchase for yourself or for someone else.

What happens once I’ve bought the voucher?
An email will be sent to the cardholder confirming receipt of purchase.

Whoever the gift voucher is for (the email address you inputted at checkout) will immediately receive an email containing their exclusive code and notification they have been bought an All Things IC gift voucher.

Will I receive a physical voucher?
No, you’ll receive an email with a code rather than a physical voucher. However, if you would like a prettier one sent to you via email so you can print it, just let us know. It will be sent via a separate email within 24 hours.

How can the gift voucher be used?
The emailed voucher may be used to buy products online at www.allthingsic.com. The value of purchase/s will be deducted from the voucher balance.

Terms and Conditions
This voucher must not be re-sold and cannot be exchanged for cash. No change or refund will be given. The voucher will not be honoured if re-sold.  Any payment credited to the voucher which is subsequently dishonoured will result in the credit being revoked.

This voucher expires exactly 12 months after purchase and any remaining credit will be deducted. All Things IC cannot accept responsibility if this voucher is lost, stolen or damaged. It will not be replaced or its value refunded in any of these circumstances.

All Things IC reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions and/or discontinue the voucher at any time. Please contact us with any queries.

PAYMENT INFORMATION FOR ONLINE AND 90-MINUTE MASTERCLASSES AND MASTERMINDS, JOB ADVERTS AND GIFT VOUCHERS

Payment is made securely online via Stripe. You need to pay in full when booking to secure your place. A receipt will be sent to you automatically via Stripe and we will be in touch to confirm your booking and payment.

IN-PERSON DAYS 

Location
All Things IC Bespoke and Team Masterclasses, Masterclasses (existing topics), Masterminds and VIP Days can be arranged at your site or we can hire a venue.

Changes cannot be made to agreed dates with less than 30 days’ notice. As a small team, we plan our resources very carefully to ensure we can offer the best possible service to our clients. Changes made at short notice reduce our ability to do this well. If changes are made with less than 30 days’ notice, we reserve the right to invoice you for the agreed service.

Please note if you cancel your in-person day:

  • in a venue we hire, no refunds will be given for cancellations made within 30 days of the date. We will also incur a charge from the venue. Notice must be given ASAP if you intend to cancel, or those costs will be passed to you. If it is less than 30 days, you will incur a penalty from the venue.
  • in your own venue, no refunds will be given for cancellations made within 30 days of the date. Please contact uswith any queries.

1-2-1 consultancy: VIP Day
Please see the website to read full details about the 1-2-1 consultancy (VIP Day). The price is fixed. This offer is for work you will discuss/complete on the day in London.

All Things IC will arrange a phone call with you before the day, so we’re clear what you would like to achieve from the time together. The price includes venue and food.

Bespoke and Team Masterclasses
All Things IC is proud to offer bespoke and Team Masterclasses. We can prepare a course for you and deliver it at your office or we can hire a training venue, which will incur additional cost.

If the Masterclass is at your venue, it will not include food, drink and snacks. Price is on application, we will listen to your requirements and help you choose the right option.

Masterclasses (existing topics)
We can deliver one of our Masterclass topics in-house if your office is based in London. This option is for a team of up to 10 people for one day. The room needs to be suitable e.g. a meeting room with a screen and technology to play the content. Please note this is not a bespoke Masterclass, as this is a separate option.

The cost does not include lunch or travel for any of your team.

Accommodation and travel
Overnight accommodation and travel is not included in the listed course price. If a course needs to be cancelled, we are not responsible for your travel costs.

REMOTE WORK

VIP mentoring package
The VIP mentoring packages are for one person and include phone calls with an All Things IC Consultant.

Please see the relevant package for the publicised rate.

Desk reviews
We offer half-day and whole-day desk reviews. This is for work we will complete remotely. See half-day and whole-day options.

Consultation calls
The price for consultation calls can be found on the relevant pages of the website.

This offer is for work you discuss/complete on the day. Please indicate three preferred dates and times when you place your booking. All Things IC will be in touch to agree a mutually convenient time and date for your call. Please call Rachel at the arranged time. These calls are for one person only.

Price and refunds 1-2-1 consultancy
The price for 1-2-1 consultancy (VIP Day) is fixed.

Refunds can be made for cancellations up to one month prior to each course, but All Things IC reserves the right to deduct 10 per cent for administration costs. Important note: no refunds will be given for cancellations made within one month of the date.

The All Things IC Inner Circle

Applications for The All Things IC Inner Circle are clearly advertised via the website, social media and our newsletter. We welcome applications twice a year. If your application has been successful, Rachel will invite you to join the Inner Circle. Upon acceptance we will send you separate terms and conditions.

You will be offered access to two standard (non-VIP) Online Masterclasses as part of your Inner Circle package if you have the £6k option.

PAYMENT INFORMATION FOR BESPOKE AND TEAM MASTERCLASSES, MASTERCLASSES (EXISTING TOPICS), MASTERMINDS AND VIP DAYS, REMOTE WORK, INNER CIRCLE

We will issue an invoice as standard but if you would like to pay by credit card we can send you a payment link via Stripe. You need to pay in full when booking.
