Thank you for reading one of the UK’s Top 10 PR blogs

Today I discovered the All Things IC blog has been named #3 in the UK Top 10 PR blogs.

This accolade from Vuelio wouldn’t have been possible without all of the brilliant guest writers and loyal readers who’ve been actively involved with my blog since March 2009.

So whether this is your first visit, or the latest in the long line, thank you.

Regular readers will know how keen I am to fly the flag for internal communication. (I’m aware how much of an understatement that is!), so being alongside PR pros on this list is an honour.

Congratulations to everyone who has been named, I’ve read articles on all of the chosen blogs and it’s a privilege to be named alongside my peers. The news has made a rather snowy day brighter here in London.

I’m nearly nine years and 1200 posts in, and am proud to have helped thousands of practitioners learn about internal communication, PR and social media.

If you’re not familiar with these blogs, I urge you to check them out if you want to learn more about Communication, PR, Social Media and much more:

Thank you to the judges who said nice things about mine:  “Rachel Miller is a communications consultant and trainer who specialises in internal comms. Having worked with some of the most well-known brands in the country, including the BBC, NHS, Harrods and Which?, Rachel’s areas of expertise are obvious to her loyal audience.

“Rachel uses her blog to cover all things internal comms, and posts around the wider PR community including advice pieces as well as tackling issues facing the industry – such as a lack of diversity or GDPR. All Things IC also covers the freelance aspects of Rachel’s job and working as a consultant, and has occasional guest posts making it a well-rounded communications experience.”

Thank you Vuelio.

I’m going to let you into a secret.

I’m having a brand refresh done at the moment, which is due to go live in May 2018. Eek! I’m really excited about it and can’t wait to show you the end result when the hard work has happened. There’s a lot more to do before I can share it with you, but I’ll keep you posted.

As part of that refresh, I’ve been doing some research and listening to my readers and network. Thank you to everyone who has contributed so far. As a result of your feedback, I’m having badges created that my guest writers can put on their websites to show they’ve been featured on my blog.

So if you have written for my blog over the past nine years, I will be sharing that badge with you once it’s ready.
