Rachel coached me when I moved from working in an agency on external comms to working in-house on internal comms. It was quite the leap, and my sessions with Rachel gave me the confidence I needed to get up and running quickly and also spot where I could make a difference in my new role. What Rachel doesn’t know about internal comms isn’t worth knowing, and I’m now working with her to coach my team. She’s also an absolute joy to work with – 100% professional but also warm, engaging and fun!
