Are you leading internal communication in your organisation?
If you’re working as a Head of IC or Director of Comms, the All Things IC Inner Circle is for you.
What is it?
The Inner Circle is a confidential group of up to six in-house peers to share your experiences, problems and success with over three months.
It is led by me, Rachel Miller and I’ll also provide you 1-2-1 mentoring support via power hours during this time. I’ve been hosting circles since 2020 as a confidential way to support and advise in-house internal communicators.
You’re invited to register your interest today, ahead of our next group starting in October 2024.
Or you can send us a note via the website to let us know you’d like to join and we’ll arrange a short call to talk it through.
Your investment for being a member of the All Things IC Inner Circle is £1999 +VAT.
Why does the Inner Circle exist?
I know from my own in-house experience how visible you are in your role and how it’s difficult to know who to turn to. The group provides a chance to test your ideas with peers from different companies, air concerns and ask for help, so you can advise your organisation.
Whether you’re new into a leadership role, struggling with stakeholders, need to overhaul your IC function or want to discover what others are doing, the Inner Circle is for you.
“Being part of the Inner Circle was brilliant. A regular ‘safe space’ to talk things through with peers was so helpful. From a simple sense-check to trying to solve knottier problems that others have tackled was incredibly valuable” – Charlotte O’Reilly, Head of Internal Communications and Engagement, British Red Cross.
We will be accountable to each other, supporting and guiding the group, so everyone can succeed.
How does it work?
- Monthly two-hour mastermind via Teams as a group
- 1-2-1 mentoring call with Rachel each month
- Confidential group forum for discussions between sessions.
The monthly mastermind gives every member the opportunity to sit in the virtual hot seat and benefit from the collective wisdom of the group.

You’ll also have a monthly 1-2-1 call with me where you can ask me anything and I’ll mentor you during our time together.
We don’t publicise who is in the group, but you’re welcome to disclose your membership if you choose to.
Everything happens remotely to maximise your time and make it possible for you to attend. It also means communicators from around the globe are able to join us.
Between calls we have a private group where members can post questions and seek advice.
What can I expect?
I personally support and advise the group for three months, working alongside you in monthly mastermind sessions and 1-2-1 calls.
You’ll not only benefit from having your own needs met, but have the chance to learn, network and support each other.
“I was little apprehensive when I first joined the Inner Circle, but from the very first session my fears were allayed and I quickly felt at ease in the group. I have hugely benefitted from hearing other perspectives via the masterminds” – Mark Dorey, Assistant Director of Communications and Engagement, University of Leeds.
If you can’t make a monthly mastermind, it will be recorded and kept in our secure Inner Circle area, so you can watch it back.
