Rachel Miller, Chart.PR, FCIPR, FIIC, FCSCE

Rachel is the Founder and Principal Consultant at All Things IC. She’s an internationally recognised authority on internal communication who advises professional communicators via consultancy, training and 1-2-1 support.

She’s a Chartered PR professional and Fellow of both the Institute of Internal Communication and Chartered Institute of Public Relations. Rachel is a regular keynote speaker and her first book, Internal Communication Strategy, was published by Kogan Page in 2024. Her second book, Successful Change Communication will be published by Kogan Page in 2026.

Rachel lives with her husband, 12-year-old daughter, 10-year-old twin sons and tabby cat Amélie in London, UK. She's fond of English Breakfast tea, LEGO, quality stationery and trying out new technology.

Dan Holden, Chart.PR, FCIPR, FCSCE, FIIC

Dan joined All Things IC in April 2022 as a Communication Consultant and provides consultancy, training, mentoring and coaching for internal communicators and organisations across the globe.

Since starting his communication career in 2014, Dan has specialised in internal communication, working in various sectors including aviation, defence, charity and manufacturing, all of which have seen him support colleagues working remotely.

His dedication to internal communication extends beyond the workplace. He’s been an active member of national and international committees, including two years as Chair of the Chartered Institute of Public Relations (CIPR) sub-group Inside in 2021-22. He currently volunteers for the Royal Air Force Air Cadets as their Internal Communication Lead and is the South West Network Lead for the Institute of Internal Communication (IoIC).

Dan is an advocate of continuing professional development (CPD). Awarded Chartered PR Practitioner status in 2020, Fellow of the CIPR in 2022 and Fellow of the Centre for Strategic Communication Excellence (CSCE) and IoIC in 2024. In 2023, Dan qualified as an ILM Level 7 Executive Coach and Mentor and became an EMCC Accredited Coach / Mentor at the Practitioner level with the European Mentoring and Coaching Council.

Louise Mackenney

Louise is an Executive Assistant with over 20 years’ experience working with a variety of senior executives across public sector, financial services and hospitality.

She has been with All Things IC since 2018 and thoroughly enjoys working within the field of Internal Communication, supporting Rachel and the rest of the team.

Outside of All Things IC Louise can be found walking her cockerpoo Bertie, baking cakes with her daughters and devouring box sets.

Jon Miller

Building a new intranet based on SharePoint Online and Viva Connections requires a deep understanding of the Microsoft 365 platform, as well as expertise in information architecture, user experience design, and change management.

As a specialist Microsoft 365 consultant, Jon has the knowledge and skills to help customers create a modern and efficient intranet that meets your unique business needs.

Jon is Rachel's husband and our resident expert on all things Microsoft 365 and Viva Connections related. He helps our clients create a branded, personalised and engaging intranet experience for your employees.
