Would you like help structuring your thoughts in a safe space?

Whether you’re new to the internal comms profession or are a seasoned professional, coaching is a helpful way to focus on your personal and professional development.

We can help.

Creating a safe space

For some people, talking to someone independent of their team can be more comfortable. We create a safe space for your team to focus on specific areas of their professional development.

By having our support working with each individual member, we can also focus on the wider needs of the team, helping to bring them together.

We can work confidentially with you and your team to design and deliver 1-2-1 support. These might include group sessions, 1-2-1 calls, and the use of profiling tools to help both individuals and the team reach their goals.

Strengths profiles

What do you do well? What do you enjoy doing? Identifying your strengths can help you and your team understand how to work at your best. By identifying your realised and unrealised strengths, you’ll better understand how to work effectively with your team and stakeholders.

Inviting your whole team to complete a Strengths profile assessment allows them to identify their individual and team strengths. As a leader, this can help you reflect on your collective ways of working.

What people say
about All Things IC

Coaching with Dan has given me greater insight into my own strengths and weaknesses. It’s given me practical advice on approaching challenging conversations with peers and leaders. I’ve gained reassurance about my communication and management style and taken away many actions I discovered during the sessions. Everything from seeking Director champions, approaching change communications, and thinking more strategically rather than going straight into tactics.

Interestingly, what I thought I wanted out of the sessions and my career has evolved during my time working with Dan, not least because of his input and reflections – this is all for the better! The sessions with Dan have been so valuable, but they felt like catching up with a friend. It’s really quite extraordinary looking at the difference in me from when we started to now, and all without feeling like I was working on myself.

about All Things IC

I came to my coaching sessions at the cusp of entering a new role in a new organisation working in new ways post-pandemic. Dan’s thoughtful approach helped me untangle some of my conflicting thoughts to gain clarity. The pertinent questions he asked made me think differently about my challenges, helping to reframe them and dig a little deeper in terms of what I may want from what I wanted from a role.  Having a coach during the transition into a new role helped set me up for success. It gave me a valued place to reflect, which powered my ability to build positive team relationships and navigate change in the most helpful way possible. It helped me build resilience and better deal with ambiguity.

I've found working with Dan incredibly useful. He's able to quickly grasp situations and provide a range of different perspectives, guidance and direction, all considered and valuable, which leads to fascinating conversations. I feel that I have grown in confidence over the past 9 months and particularly in the move into a more strategic space, stepping back from delivery and tactics; Dan has been a brilliant guide here. Every time we have a session, it feels like I'm recharging my communications battery, and I always leave feeling energised and positive. I would highly recommend having Dan in your internal comms life.
